Horizontal Pump with Mechanical Seal – Back Pull-Out
The Horizontal Back Pull-Out Centrifugal Pump is designed as per DIN 24256 standards for maximum interchangeability and ease of maintenance.
The back pull-out design allows removal of the rotating assembly without disturbing piping or motor alignment.
All wetted parts are moulded in UHMWPE, offering superior resistance to corrosive chemicals and abrasive slurries. The pump ensures reliable, long-term operation even under severe process conditions.

UHMWPE Wetted Parts
All wetted components are moulded in UHMWPE, providing unmatched resistance to acids, alkalis, and abrasive slurries. Ensures long life even in harsh chemical environments.Back Pull-Out Design
Spacer coupling enables easy removal of rotating assembly without disconnecting pipelines or motor. Minimizes downtime and simplifies maintenance.Mechanical Seal System
Equipped with specially designed mechanical seals suitable for clear as well as contaminated fluids. Available in multiple material combinations for diverse applications.Heavy Duty Construction
UHMWPE casing is supported by a robust CI outer body that absorbs piping loads. No welded or threaded joints in wetted parts ensure leak-proof performance.Optimized Impeller Design
Semi-open / threaded impeller with locking arrangement prevents reverse rotation damage. Metal insert core enhances strength and reliability under dynamic loads.Uses
- Transfer of aggressive acids (HCl, H₂SO₄, HF, mixed acids)
- Chemical processing and effluent handling
- Electroplating, anodizing, and pickling plants
- Scrubbing systems for toxic gases
Advantages
- Long life in corrosive and abrasive services
- Easy maintenance due to back pull-out design
- Handles both clean and slurry applications
- Superior performance compared to PP, PVDF, and metal pumps
- High impact strength – no cracking or failure
